為確保裝(zhuang)置(zhi)平穩、高產、連(lian)續運行(xing),抵御即將到來的寒冷惡劣天氣,制氣車間從工作(zuo)目標(biao)、責任(ren)落(luo)實(shi)、組織管理(li)三方(fang)面出發,扎實(shi)推(tui)進、全面落(luo)實(shi)本(ben)年度生產裝(zhuang)置(zhi)防凍工作(zuo),力(li)求實(shi)現(xian)防凍工作(zuo)“零凍凝”年度目標(biao)任(ren)務。
明確(que)工(gong)作(zuo)目(mu)標。為做好本年度(du)生產裝置防凍工作。制(zhi)氣車間認真學習防(fang)凍(dong)(dong)事故案例(li),吸取往年裝置(zhi)防(fang)凍(dong)(dong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)經驗,查漏補缺,做到防(fang)凍(dong)(dong)片區到班組,防(fang)凍(dong)(dong)內(nei)容到個(ge)人(ren)(ren),各負其責、層(ceng)層(ceng)落(luo)實,實現防(fang)凍(dong)(dong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)每(mei)(mei)處片區有(you)人(ren)(ren)管,每(mei)(mei)條管線(xian)有(you)人(ren)(ren)查,每(mei)(mei)個(ge)閥門(men)有(you)人(ren)(ren)確認,力求無一個(ge)閥門(men)凍(dong)(dong)壞(huai)、無一臺設備上凍(dong)(dong)、無一米管線(xian)結(jie)凝 ,實現本年度防凍(dong)工(gong)作“零凍(dong)凝”工(gong)作目標(biao)。
加(jia)強組織管(guan)理。為實(shi)現年度“零凍(dong)(dong)(dong)凝”防凍(dong)(dong)(dong)目標(biao),車(che)間召(zhao)開專題會部署防凍(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)并(bing)建立防凍(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)小組(zu),技術員(yuan)分片(pian)區督導,班組(zu)長抓落實,崗位人員(yuan)履行(xing)防凍(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要求,仔細巡檢(jian),認真(zhen)填寫防凍(dong)(dong)(dong)記錄(lu),發現問題及時(shi)上報,并(bing)將防凍(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)納入班組(zu)交接班內容(rong),與(yu)此(ci)同時(shi),每(mei)周進(jin)行(xing)防凍(dong)(dong)(dong)檢(jian)查,通報檢(jian)查結果,并(bing)與(yu)月度獎金掛鉤,全方位推進(jin)防凍(dong)(dong)(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。
