為了(le)暢通民主(zhu)管理渠道,鼓勵發動職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)有效參(can)與到民主(zhu)管理、民主(zhu)決策(ce)中(zhong)來,動力分會定期召(zhao)開職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)民主(zhu)生(sheng)活(huo)會,開展職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)經濟(ji)技術(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)“五小”(小發明、小革新(xin)、小改造、小設計(ji)、小建議)項目及(ji)合理化建議,并(bing)對(dui)被采(cai)納(na)者重獎,以(yi)激發廣大職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)技術(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)的(de)積極性(xing)(xing)(xing)、主(zhu)動性(xing)(xing)(xing)和創(chuang)(chuang)造性(xing)(xing)(xing),發揮廣大職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)在推(tui)動企業技術(shu)進步中(zhong)的(de)生(sheng)力軍作用,弘揚在生(sheng)產實踐中(zhong)自主(zhu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)的(de)良好風尚。

為了能(neng)(neng)讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)積極(ji)參與企業生產,發(fa)揮各(ge)自的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聰明(ming)才干,動(dong)力(li)車間(jian)還持(chi)續(xu)開展“節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)勞動(dong)競(jing)賽”和“挖潛增效(xiao)技(ji)(ji)術改造”活動(dong),并(bing)堅(jian)持(chi)“四個一(yi)”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)法,即(ji)每月(yue)一(yi)征(zheng)(zheng)集一(yi)討論(lun)(在職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)間(jian)廣泛(fan)征(zheng)(zheng)集節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)金點子和討論(lun)其可(ke)行(xing)(xing)性)、每季度一(yi)總結一(yi)獎勵(總結措(cuo)施的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)執行(xing)(xing)情況和下一(yi)步計(ji)劃及獎勵職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)在節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)突(tu)出(chu)貢獻(xian)),深入挖掘裝置節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)潛力(li)。“鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)優(you)化(hua)節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)改造項(xiang)目全部完成,根據性能(neng)(neng)考核(he)數據報告,5臺鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐年(nian)(nian)節(jie)(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)煤(mei)消耗(hao)(hao)(hao)約(yue)(yue)7000噸;煤(mei)粉鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐摻燒17液氮洗尾氣(qi)項(xiang)目,在為公司環保做(zuo)出(chu)貢獻(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時年(nian)(nian)可(ke)節(jie)(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)煤(mei)700噸;面對煤(mei)炭價格(ge)快速(su)上漲、鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐燃(ran)(ran)料(liao)成本大幅(fu)上升的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形勢,將氣(qi)化(hua)爐產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)細(xi)渣摻燒至流化(hua)床(chuang)鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)爐,三(san)個月(yue)來(lai)累(lei)計(ji)摻燒細(xi)渣近五千噸,且節(jie)(jie)(jie)煤(mei)效(xiao)果顯著;經過技(ji)(ji)術改造,脫鹽水(shui)裝置運行(xing)(xing)質(zhi)量(liang)明(ming)顯提高,并(bing)使得(de)脫鹽水(shui)單耗(hao)(hao)(hao)指標(噸脫鹽水(shui)酸堿(jian)耗(hao)(hao)(hao))大幅(fu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低…。說起近年(nian)(nian)來(lai)在節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)項(xiang)目上取得(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實效(xiao),動(dong)力(li)車間(jian)技(ji)(ji)術組組長王偉(wei)滔(tao)滔(tao)不絕,“這些成績都歸功于分會的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)民主管理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),是在征(zheng)(zheng)求(qiu)廣大職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建議下完成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。”

認(ren)真對待民主(zhu)訴求  讓職工成為企業(ye)真正的(de)主(zhu)人

“民(min)之(zhi)所憂,我必念之(zhi);民(min)之(zhi)所盼,我必行之(zhi)”。本著“一切為了員(yuan)工”的宗旨(zhi),動力分會還定期舉行職(zhi)工民(min)主日活動,傾聽(ting)職(zhi)工之(zhi)聲、了解職(zhi)工之(zhi)意(yi),認(ren)真梳理職(zhi)工反映的問題,將征集到(dao)的意(yi)見(jian)形成問題清單,明確責(ze)任(ren)和(he)整改(gai)期限。在征求民(min)意(yi)后(hou),目(mu)前車間一樓(lou)衛(wei)生間升級改(gai)造及一期控制(zhi)室面貌整改(gai)等(deng)工作已經完成,職(zhi)工建(jian)議的“鍋(guo)爐(lu)控制(zhi)室增加空調”“員(yuan)工勞(lao)保用(yong)品按需(xu)發放”“新工三個月強化培訓(xun)”等(deng)多(duo)項(xiang)建(jian)議都已落(luo)地落(luo)實。

“我(wo)們不是(shi)打工(gong)仔,而是(shi)企(qi)業(ye)真正的主(zhu)人。”正是(shi)在這樣的心(xin)態下,渭化(hua)公(gong)司(si)動力分會的職工(gong)處處都呈現著(zhu)團(tuan)結(jie)、和諧、奮發、拼(pin)搏的氛圍。在他(ta)們看(kan)來(lai),企(qi)業(ye)與自(zi)(zi)(zi)己(ji)就是(shi)命運(yun)共同體(ti),渭化(hua)就是(shi)家(jia),給自(zi)(zi)(zi)己(ji)打工(gong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然就會拼(pin)盡全力。
