在我們公司隨處可見企業民主管理的蹤跡,2022年10月初,公司舉辦了《陜西省企業民主管理條例》頒布十周年學習宣傳活動黑板報競賽,來自公司24個分會的28開黑板報,向大家展示了企業民主管理已經在員工心中生根發芽,已經貫穿了我們公司安全環保、生產經營、節水減排、節能(neng)降碳等方方面面,已經嵌入了公司企業文化的骨髓,在員工的內心生根發芽。

在優化人(ren)力資源體系(xi)中將(jiang)民主管(guan)理貫徹到底

2022年5月份,公司推行新的《人力資源體系優化方案》,可以說在公司歷史上是一個非常重大的變革。前期公司積極開展調研工作,堅持“橫向到邊、縱向到底”的原則,廣泛征求意見,從公司領導到一線員工、從部門到車間,都參與到了制定方案當中。最終形成的方案一經發布執行,猶如一聲炸雷震驚了所有人,也振奮了所有人的心因為新方案強化了全員績效考核結果的剛性應用,實現“職工能進能出、職務能升能降、收入能增能減”的動態效果,進一步激活全體職工的工作積極性與工作激情,徹底杜絕了過去“大鍋飯”“干多干少一個樣”“能上不能下”的不良現象,最大程度調動起所有人的干事創業熱忱,讓盡可能多的員工投入到攻堅克難、勇于擔責的工作當中,為公司實現持續健康發展凝聚起磅礴力量。
