積(ji)極宣貫民主管理條例,統(tong)一職工思想。

為全面貫(guan)徹(che)落實公司發(fa)布的(de)(de)《陜西省(sheng)企業民(min)主管(guan)(guan)理(li)條例》文件精神(shen)(shen),部(bu)門掀起(qi)了(le)學(xue)習(xi)宣(xuan)(xuan)貫(guan)活動熱潮。運用集中學(xue)習(xi)、制作專題宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan)黑板報等(deng)形式(shi),詳細(xi)講解了(le)“民(min)主管(guan)(guan)理(li)條例”精神(shen)(shen)實質,充分發(fa)揮了(le)部(bu)門員工民(min)主管(guan)(guan)理(li)和(he)民(min)主監督(du)的(de)(de)權利,把員工思想統一起(qi)來,積極行動,以“等(deng)不(bu)起(qi)”的(de)(de)緊迫感、“慢不(bu)得”的(de)(de)危機感、“坐(zuo)不(bu)住”的(de)(de)責任感,高度樹立員工主人翁(weng)意識。

部(bu)門(men)通過組織召開(kai)民主座談會(hui)、民主生活會(hui)等(deng)方(fang)(fang)式了(le)解職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)思想(xiang)動態,增進職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)溝通和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參與(yu)管理。這些已(yi)經成為(wei)(wei)部(bu)門(men)既(ji)定的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)內(nei)容,對改進部(bu)門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)起到了(le)積(ji)極作(zuo)(zuo)用。同時,部(bu)門(men)設立了(le)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)意(yi)見箱、建立了(le)微信(xin)交流(liu)群(qun)(qun),實(shi)時收集(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)意(yi)見、建議,及時堵上管理漏洞,為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)辦(ban)實(shi)事加上了(le)“雙保(bao)險”。面(mian)(mian)對關乎(hu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)切身利益的(de)(de)重(zhong)大問題如獎(jiang)金分配方(fang)(fang)案的(de)(de)制定、薪酬制度的(de)(de)改革、評優創先活動等(deng),部(bu)門(men)均采取(qu)先民主后(hou)集(ji)中(zhong)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)式。日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong),職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)從設備維護、技術創新、部(bu)門(men)管理等(deng)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian),暢(chang)所欲(yu)言,獻計獻策。部(bu)門(men)始終把(ba)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)滿意(yi)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)一切工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展的(de)(de)出(chu)發(fa)點和(he)落腳點,本著全心全意(yi)為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)原(yuan)則做(zuo)好各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),堅持(chi)集(ji)思廣益,發(fa)揮群(qun)(qun)策群(qun)(qun)力(li)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用,切實(shi)圍繞職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),想(xiang)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之所想(xiang),急職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之所急,為(wei)(wei)部(bu)門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展理清(qing)了(le)思路,指明了(le)方(fang)(fang)向。

加強(qiang)班組建設(she)管理(li),增(zeng)強(qiang)職(zhi)工(gong)凝聚力。

為了讓每位(wei)(wei)員工(gong)能夠健康成(cheng)長,全面發展,部門(men)不(bu)(bu)斷創新管理(li)思(si)路,通過設立(li)資料共享渠(qu)道,樹立(li)“活到(dao)老,學(xue)(xue)到(dao)老”的(de)傳統理(li)念,同時(shi)遇(yu)到(dao)重大技(ji)(ji)改、檢修項(xiang)目,部門(men)適(shi)時(shi)組(zu)織(zhi)召開“諸(zhu)葛亮會”,通過集(ji)體討論、廣開言路、桌面推(tui)演、網(wang)上征集(ji)意見等方(fang)式,發揚(yang)民(min)主精(jing)神,凝(ning)聚(ju)集(ji)體智(zhi)慧,不(bu)(bu)斷提高班(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員綜合素質。班(ban)組(zu)牢(lao)固確(que)立(li)“技(ji)(ji)術工(gong)人(ren)就(jiu)是人(ren)才”的(de)觀念,經常組(zu)織(zhi)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)培訓,班(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員之間(jian)互相(xiang)交(jiao)流(liu),互相(xiang)學(xue)(xue)習,全員養成(cheng)勤(qin)于學(xue)(xue)習和思(si)考的(de)習慣,從而達到(dao)不(bu)(bu)斷提高自我學(xue)(xue)習能力(li),崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)操作能力(li)的(de)目的(de)。
